"Eaglets of Russia" is the children's wing of the pseudo-volunteer movement "Movement of the First", which is funded by the Kremlin. In fact, "Eaglets of Russia" is an analogue of the Soviet "October", - reported in the CNS.

It is noted that joining the organisation is compulsory. As part of the new programme, first graders will attend propaganda events.
