Combined attack on Kiev: 10 people confirmed dead, search continues.

The Russian army has attacked the Ukrainian capital with almost 500 drones and missiles. People may remain under the rubble. On the night of 17 June, Russian troops launched a massive combined attack on Kiev. The capital's mayor Vitali Klitschko said that as of 16:00 the deaths of 10 people have been confirmed, but search and rescue operations are ongoing and the number of casualties may increase.

One of the most severe consequences was the destruction of the entrance of a 9-storey building in Solomensky district, where the missile X-101 hit. In the neighbouring five-storey building there was a fire.

According to Klitschko, a total of 27 locations in different districts of Kiev were affected: Darnitsky, Podilsky, Shevchenko, Svyatoshinsky.

Earlier it was reported that rescuers extracted from under the rubble the bodies of five more victims.

Hundreds of rescuers and dozens of units of equipment were involved in the liquidation of the consequences.
