The desire to eat all the time is caused by several reasons

Have you often had a situation where you want to eat something all the time? When your appetite arises for no reason without hunger?

In fact, this is common, because unlike the body's natural need - the feeling of hunger - appetite is triggered by various stimuli, starting with ambient scents or the sign of your favourite café. Then appetite also arises without the physiological feeling of hunger.

We have collected for you the most popular reasons that make people go beyond a healthy hunger.

Reason one - not enough water

Lack of water affects our nutrition, because liquid fills the stomach and reduces hunger. We often mistakenly think we need to eat something when in fact we are thirsty.

The second reason is that you don't eat regularly

The body needs a precise eating schedule otherwise it gets what is called 'metabolic shock'. This means that the stomach does not know when to eat. In addition, it cannot get enough of continuous snacks, so it demands new portions.

The third reason is stress

It is no secret that when people eat their favourite foods, they release hormones of happiness and joy. And when the body is stressed, it wants to relieve it as soon as possible and looks for the easiest way - to eat.

The fourth reason is problems with hormones and sleep

If you don't get enough sleep, you always have an excessive appetite.

As far as hormones are concerned, thyroid disorders or changes in hormones can provoke changes in appetite and lead to a constant feeling of hunger. But an important factor is that many hormonal disorders can be corrected with a normal lifestyle.
