Targeting paratroopers' positions near Bakhmut: SBU detains informer

Konstantinivka resident detained for passing information about the Defence Forces in Donetsk region to occupiers
This was reported by the press service of the SBU.
The woman collected data on the locations and directions of movement of Ukrainian defenders participating in the counter-offensive," the SBU said.
It is established that the attacker passed to the invaders the coordinates of the temporary dislocation and movement of the AFU airborne units in the direction of the front line, - said in the message of the SBU.
The Russian agent went round the area and covertly observed the transfer of military equipment of the AFU. She posted the obtained information in the form of text messages on a pro-Russian Telegram channel.

However, the SBU exposed this fact in time and informed the command of the Ukrainian troops about possible threats from the aggressor. This made it possible to be proactive. The defendant was detained and during searches she was found to have a mobile phone with evidence of correspondence with the aggressor.
The woman was reported on suspicion under part 2 of article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorised dissemination of information about the direction, movement of weapons, arms and ammunition in Ukraine, movement, movement or deployment of the AFU).
The attacker is in custody. For the deed she faces up to 8 years in prison.
Earlier, Socialportal reported that the SBU detained agents who corrected strikes on Kiev.
