Police officer detained in Bukovyna who promised to "solve the issue" for 40,000 euros

The bribe-taker was detained when handing over the second part of the money. Preliminarily, he received 10 thousand euros and was supposed to take another 30.

Currently, the suspect has been chosen a measure of restraint - detention in custody with the alternative of bail in the amount of more than 2 million hryvnias. The issue of his dismissal from office is being decided, the UCP said.

The police officer was also informed of suspicion under part 5 of article 27, part 4 of article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. 4 art. 368 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Pre-trial investigation continues.
