Musk says who will be 'the next president of the United States'

Trump is the oldest US president, he cannot hold office for more than two terms.
The current Vice-President of the United States JD Vance in the long term will take the post of head of state. This opinion was expressed by American entrepreneur and head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) Ilon Musk on his page in the social network X.
Musk called Vance "an outstanding vice president" and "the future leader of the country", commenting on the publication about his speech at the Munich Security Conference.
Donald Trump reclaimed the US presidency in January, and Vance ran with him on the same team. Prior to his appointment as vice president, he represented the state of Ohio in the Senate.
Under the current US Constitution, the same person is prohibited from serving more than two consecutive terms as president. The Vice President can temporarily replace the head of state, if he is unable to fulfil his duties, for example, because of illness or death.
Note that Trump is 78 years old. He twice became the oldest president in US history when he held office.
Vance is 40 years old. He was born in Ohio and after high school joined the US Marine Corps, where he worked as a war correspondent. After returning home, he graduated from Ohio University in two years and then went to law school at the prestigious Yale University. He then went to work for venture capitalist Peter Thiel before founding his own firm in 2017. During these years, Vance harshly criticised Trump: he said he "can't stand" him and even called him "American Hitler". Subsequently, the future Vice President changed his views.
At the Munich conference, Vance criticised European countries for allegedly suppressing freedom of speech (citing as examples the cancelled presidential election in Romania or restrictions on anti-abortion protests), for their policy of censoring social media and for condoning, as he put it, "mass uncontrolled migration".
