Musk gave election money to Trump - Bloomberg

Musk has made the same donations to both parties for years, but hasn't spent any money on elections.
American billionaire and businessman Ilon Musk made a donation to the Foundation, which finances the campaign of former US President Donald Trump in the upcoming presidential election. This was reported by the Bloomberg agency, citing sources.
Thus Ilon Musk wants to "leave a mark on the political landscape of the United States," the publication writes.
The interlocutor of the publication did not say what exactly the amount in question, but noted that it is quite large. The Foundation refused to talk to journalists on this topic. Also about Musk's donation is silent Trump.
As Bloomberg reminds, Musk has not yet made any official statement about who he supports in the upcoming US elections. But the businessman had previously indicated that he would not give money for the election but not to Trump or Biden.
In March, Musk said that the United States needs the Republican Party in power, "otherwise America will come to an end".
Recall, the elections in the United States will be held in November this year. The main competitors so far remain - Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
