Luhansk region's VOTs record deaths due to lack of heating

Residents of the occupied Luhansk Region are freezing without heating. In particular, deaths have already been recorded in the region.

According to the CNR, the reason for the lack of heating of citizens was a conflict between the so-called state enterprise Luhanskgaz and the occupation administration. It is alleged that the company is not paying for the consumed gas.

Both sides ignore people's problems and are actually engaged in a struggle for influence in the region, with the support of Russian security forces," the Centre for National Resistance stressed.
