Liz Truss guarantees that Putin will fail in Ukraine
Elizabeth Truss said she would be Ukraine's "greatest friend" if she won the British premiership.

In my role as prime minister, I will be Ukraine's greatest friend, following in the footsteps of Boris Johnson and fully committed to ensuring that Putin fails in Ukraine and is strategically defeated. Russia is limited in the future," the statement said.
Now is not the time to discuss concessions and compromises with a terrifying dictator. I am a candidate that the British people can trust about Ukraine and whom they can trust to defend our freedom at all times, at home and abroad, Truss added.
Recall that Truss is leading in opinion polls among members of the Conservative Party, who decide who will become the next prime minister.
