a peace summit was held in Switzerland on 15-16 June. More than 100 participating countries took part in it. At the end of the summit, some of the participants signed the final document.

Ukraine seeks to defeat the enemy. The achievement of this goal will be not only peace and the return of all territories, but also the creation of a reality in which a new aggression of the Russian Federation will be impossible. This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.

The Ukrainian Foreign Minister called it a fair expectation of the end of hostilities.

As we know from our own recent history, as well as from the history of other regions, peace without justice leads to a new war. Therefore, the goal is not just to end the war, but to create a reality in which peace will be just and lasting, and a new war will be impossible. That will be the victory," he said.

He also noted that the Peace Summit, which took place in Switzerland, brought Ukraine closer to this goal.

The Peace Summit in Switzerland brought together countries from all over the world - north, south, east, west - and demonstrated that they all share something in common. That "something" is the UN Charter, the principles of international law and the need to respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of countries. And when we see that all these countries are ready to be together and to act together, it certainly adds confidence that a just and lasting peace is possible," he said.

It should be noted that the Ukrainian military continues to respond harshly to the enemy's assaults and offensives. Since the beginning of the day, the Russians have been attacking most of all in the Pokrovsky direction. Almost 30 per cent of all battles took place here.
