Many faced the problem of replenishing a card account abroad.
You can replenish the Ukrainian Privatbank card while staying abroad. However, in this case, the bank card will be replenished as a foreign money transfer. This was reported by the press service of PrivatBank.
Actually, to transfer money, you can use Western Union, MoneyGram or RIA Money Transfer services. To replenish the card using this method, you need to know the bank's SWIFT code, which is displayed on the PrivatBank website in the "Contacts" list.
In this case, you can use Privat24 mobile banking to transfer funds. In this case, you must enter the data:
- surname, name, patronymic of the recipient of money;
- his full postal address;
- bank card number to which the amount is sent;
- IBAN (can be found in Privat24);
- the name of the beneficiary's bank, as well as its legal address and SWIFT code.
In this case, it should be remembered that data entry must be carried out in Latin.
The second way is transfer to Visa/MasterCard (P2P). It is the simplest and most common way of transfers. Sending money is carried out by indicating the full card number and the name of the recipient in Latin. The money will be transferred from a local bank account.
Recall that PrivatBank provides communication services with a financial institution through a mobile application. To do this, in the mobile application, click on "Client Profile" (icon or photo in the upper left corner of the screen) - "Support Service" - "Call via Privat24" for iOS or "Call Support" for Android.
