Iranian attack on Israel: there are casualties, hundreds injured


Iran launched missiles into the Haifa area and Tel Aviv, seeking to hit energy and scientific facilities, used its "hypersonic" (allegedly) weapons.

An Iranian missile hit a building this morning, killing three people: an 80-year-old woman, a 69-year-old woman and a 10-year-old boy. Rescuers later pulled the body of an 8-year-old girl from the rubble, raising the death toll to four. Some 35 people remain missing after the building in Bat Yam was struck.
Rescuers said the Iranian attacks in Bat Yam and Rehovot affected more than 130 people, among them seriously injured.
Rescuers are rushing to find the missing, fearing a possible building collapse.
Tamra
Four people have been found dead in the town of Tamra in northern Israel after a rocket attack.
The victims include Manar Khatib, her two daughters, 20-year-old Hala and 13-year-old Shada, and another relative named Manar.

Rehovot
In the city of Rehovot, an Iranian missile damaged a building belonging to the Weizmann Institute of Science.
A man was found alive under the rubble at the site of the rocket attack in Rehovot.
Also, according to the national emergency medical service (MDA), a 60-year-old woman was killed in the shelling in the Tel Aviv area, while 20 other people suffered moderate to light injuries. An MDA spokesman told Channel 12 television that the total number of people injured by the overnight rocket attacks is about 200.
