According to the head of the region, Viktor Mikita, such projectiles are designed to destroy not only objects, but primarily people.

After the explosion of the rocket, the formed rounded elements scatter and literally cut through the metal. The same debris also damaged houses at a distance of up to 300 meters from the place where the rocket hit, he said.

According to him, the established data prove that during an air raid alarm, one must immediately go to rooms without windows, since the walls will protect against such high-explosive fragmentation elements.
