In Kherson, a Russian shell hit a car, there are fatalities

Kherson since the morning, 20 November, shelled by the occupants, there are dead civilians. This is reported by the State Emergency Situations Service.

Since the morning there are explosions in the city, the occupants are shelling residential neighbourhoods, - stated in the message.

One of the Russian shells hit the car. Rescuers of the State emergency service eliminated the fire and helped the medics to transport the victims.
