Ignat said Ukraine is preparing for likely massive enemy attacks

Russia is ramping up drone production.

Ukraine is strengthening its air defence forces in preparation for possible massive Russian Federation strikes on critical infrastructure in autumn. This was reported by the speaker of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Yuriy Ignat, on air during a national telethon.

He noted that Russia has significantly reduced the stock of missiles, but the aggressor country is increasing the production of drones, which will try to attack Ukraine.

Ignat pointed out that Ukraine was preparing to repel enemy attacks.

Ukrainians are ready, I think the energy industry has prepared for negative scenarios and air defence is definitely ready," he said.

He noted that the situation was critical a year ago, when our country did not have Western medium-range weapons. However, the situation has changed and Ukrainian defenders have the latest means of defence at their disposal.

If you look at it, today we have such a variety of air defence means, which we do not have in the whole world. As our anti-aircraft gunners joke, we have such a vinaigrette," he explained.

Yuriy Ignat recalled that in September 2022, the Russian Federation launched a massive attack on Ukraine's infrastructure.
