We all love pasta. It's a staple in many cuisines around the world, from Italian to American, and that's why it's so important to know how to cook it properly. But how do you make pasta in a way that surprises everyone?

Pasta ali Vongole
Turn simple pasta into a sophisticated Italian dish by adding seafood to it. To prepare the pasta you need:
- 250 g pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 g vongole (or other small shellfish)
- 125 ml white wine
- Salt, pepper, parsley to taste
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- While the pasta is boiling, heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the finely chopped garlic and fry until golden.
- Add the clams and wine, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until the clams have opened.
- Toss the cooked pasta, add it to the pan, mix thoroughly with the clams and liquid.
- Season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste. Done!

Pasta with pumpkin sauce
This recipe is not only delicious but also healthy, especially during the cold season.
- 250g pasta
- 1 small pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
- 1/2 cup cream
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
- Dice pumpkin, place on baking tray, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in oven at 200 degrees until soft (about 20-25 minutes).
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions.
- Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in a pan until golden.
- Add the roasted pumpkin, bouillon and cream, bring to the boil and whisk with a blender until smooth.
- Mix the sauce with the pasta and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Done!

Macaroni "with a surprise"
This recipe is suitable for making for a holiday or party. You will need:
- 250g pasta
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 g minced meat (beef, pork or turkey)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- Salt, pepper to taste
- 150g mozzarella cheese
- Parsley or basil for decoration
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Fry the chopped onion and garlic in a pan until golden.
- Add the minced meat and cook, breaking it up into bite-sized pieces, until fully cooked.
- Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer the pasta to a baking dish, add the minced meat and sauce mixture and stir to combine.
- Spread mozzarella cheese on top and bake in oven at 180 degrees until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes).
- Decorate with parsley or basil before serving. Done!
