On the night of 21 October, Russian troops used sophisticated tactics of mixed attacks. For the first time, the AFU recorded the simultaneous launch of cruise missiles and guided aerial bombs. This was pointed out by Natalia Gumenyuk, the speaker of the Operational Command "South" on the air of the telethon.

According to Gumenyuk, the simultaneous launch of cruise missiles and aerial bombs the Ukrainian military has not previously observed.

This is definitely an attempt by the enemy to strike missiles as effectively as possible for themselves, as they know that we cannot work on KABs," Gumenyuk stressed.

She pointed out that almost simultaneously guided aerial bombs were released on the front territories and cruise missiles such as X-59 on the territories of the second echelon: Krivoy Rog, Mykolaiv region. And also attack drones were used.

In fact, everything was simultaneously and aimed at exhausting the air defence and with maximum achievement of the result, - said Humenyuk.

Recall, Russian troops at night on 21 October, shelled the central and southern regions of Ukraine. The enemy launched another missile and aviation strike on Ukraine, using guided aircraft missiles Kh-59, Iskander-K cruise missiles and strike UAVs such as Shahed-136/131.

We would like to add that as a result of the evening Russian attack on Kryvyi Rih, a man born in 1963 was killed in the suburb, his wife born in 1967 was taken to hospital in serious condition. Three houses were damaged. On the night of 21 October, an industrial infrastructure facility was damaged.
