Humanitarian situation in Luhansk oblast worsens - Lysogor

In the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk Region, the humanitarian situation is deteriorating, with local residents having problems with food, water and sanitation.
The head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, Artem Lysogor, said this during a TV marathon.
According to him, the information about mass restoration of electricity and water supply by the occupants is untrue. And the sewage system is in a critical condition.
A small number of houses that are near the distribution networks have been connected to electricity," the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration said.
The situation is better in the de-occupied territories. Civilians are being supplied with food and helped with evacuation. For example, two people were evacuated from the danger zone yesterday.
