The Finnish partners' drones will be engaged in minesweeping and demining, as well as delivering ammunition and evacuating wounded fighters from the battlefield.

Ground wheeled robotic drones from Finnish partners will help border guards on the battlefield. This was reported by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine on 21 March.

The ground robots were personally handed over by the president of the Finnish IRR-TV Charitable Foundation Hannu Haukka as part of the "Ukrainahata.fi" project to border guards of the Pomsta brigade, who defend Ukraine on the front line.

One drone will be engaged in remote mining and demining of paths. The other will deliver ammunition and evacuate wounded soldiers from the battlefield," Hannu Haukka said.

He noted that "it is a big thing for us to be able to take part in the war. Because your war is our war and we stand with Ukraine until the end".

The ground drones are equipped with front and rear cameras and can move easily over off-road terrain: sandy, rocky and swampy areas. The robots are controlled remotely, using a remote control.
