Changes in the labor legislation of the country will take effect in the fall.
In Germany, they are preparing changes to labor legislation. First of all, they will affect migrants who are highly qualified in the labor market. This was announced in an interview with BILD am SONNTAG by German Interior Minister Nancy Feser.
According to the minister, in many sectors of the country's economy there is a large shortage of employees, which cannot be solved only with the help of local specialists. For example, this applies to nursing, gastronomy, hotel business.
We will make it easier for well-educated people to come to Germany than it has been so far,” Feser said.
She explained that easier employment in Germany would mean a less complicated recognition scheme for degrees earned abroad, as well as faster entry and stay permits.
The minister noted that such immigration will have a point system, where language skills will be given great importance.
