Gave orders and humiliated: a scandal occurred in the AFU unit "Asgard" - details


The Ukrainian Ground Forces have launched a command investigation into the incident reported by soldiers of the Asgard unit.
Military allegations of violations related to a civilian who, according to them, gave illegal orders, threatened and humiliated fighters.
According to Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavlyuk, commander of the AFU Ground Forces, the investigation will be aimed at creating a possible incident and providing recommendations on the actions described by the servicemen.
According to the Asgard fighters' statements, a civilian known as Alexander Dmitriev or "Tykhokhod" interfered with the unit's work by issuing orders that they said were not called law. They also identified instances of threats and humiliation by Dmitriev.
Pavlyuk, commander of the AFU Ground Forces, confirmed that a command investigation has already been launched and the results will be made public. He assured that all parties will be treated objectively, as justice will be ensured in accordance with the current legislation.
The Army also demanded that no one rush to conclusions until the investigation is completed to avoid misjudging the situation due to lack of information or contradictory data.
