Yevhen Prygozhin continues to form parallel military structures in the regions bordering Ukraine

There is no threat of invasion of Russian territory by Ukraine.

Businessman and founder of the private military company Wagner, Yevhen Prigozhin, is forming military structures in the regions bordering Ukraine, the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) has said

The experts note that there is no threat of Ukraine's retreat into Russian territory:

"The sponsor of the Wagner group and Putin's so-called 'cook' Yevgeny Prigozhin continues to form parallel military structures in the Belgorod and Kursk regions, despite the absence of a threat of a ground invasion of Ukrainian troops on Russian territory."

Earlier, the Institute for the Study of War reported that the Russian Wagner PMC has lost 800 to 1,000 mercenaries in Ukraine, and in the last two months alone the Ukrainian armed forces eliminated over 500 prisoners recruited to Wagner's units.
