Kharkiv continues to identify visitors and employees who may have been in the hypermarket at the time of the Russian strike on 25 May.
For this purpose, a police headquarters was set up near the destroyed Epicentre. The spouses, who were in the shop at the time of the impact, applied there. About it reports the press service of the National police of Ukraine.
The couple learnt from the police reports in social networks and television that continues to establish the people who were in the hypermarket at the time of the blow. After that, the couple came to the investigators.
They said they were in the shop in the "Garden, vegetable garden" department at around 4pm on 25 May. At the time of the explosion, the spouses heard nothing, all the goods remained in their places, but from everywhere glass sprinkled on them, - stated in the message.
According to the spouses, they were helped out of the trading room by a security guard who was with them in the department. The employee opened the door to the street.
Thus, the 67-year-old man remained unharmed, while his 66-year-old wife received minor injuries - cuts on the cheek and legs. They decided not to go to hospital.
The spouses believe that they survived by a miracle. Therefore, they specifically appealed to the police not to look for them.
We will remind, on 25 May, the Russian army hit two guided bombs on the construction hypermarket in Kharkiv. As a result of the shelling killed 17 people, 49 - wounded. Two more people are considered missing.
