Danilov tells how Ukraine will liberate Crimea

Russian invaders occupied the Ukrainian peninsula in 2014.
The National Security and Defence Council has drawn up the main steps to be applied in the de-occupation of Ukrainian Crimea. In particular, it is proposed to remove the Kerch bridge, create a documentary base of the facts of Russian crimes against Ukrainians who resisted the occupation, and restrict the right of collaborators to participate in elections. This means they will be banned from electing and being elected. This was reported on Facebook by the secretary of the National Security and Defence Council (NSDC), Oleksiy Danilov.
"The Russian gauleiter crap in the temporarily occupied Crimea has gone too far in a hysterical z-sentence, either planning to take over Kiev or Odessa, or falling into a soviet marasmus of a 'Crimean death squad' revival," Danilov responded to statements by so-called Crimean 'officials'.
12 steps to liberate Crimea
1. The design and location of the "Russian warship goes to f*ck" monument in Crimea will be put up for public discussion.
2. In addition to criminal prosecution for collaborationism and treason, Ukraine is developing a lustration mechanism for personal assessment, which, among other things, will determine the level of responsibility and degree of involvement of specific individuals, Ukrainian citizens, residents of Crimea in supporting the activities of the occupation administrations, which includes, inter alia, limiting the rights to participate in elections - to elect and be elected.
3. Regarding civil servants, judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officers and other categories of persons who were on the staff of the Ukrainian authorities, the Interior Ministry, the SBU, the MOU and others as of 2014 and who worked for the Russian occupation structures after February 2014, the Ukrainian courts will determine whether they are subject to criminal liability.
"But if they are not, they will be deprived of state pensions, including with a ban on further employment in state and local government bodies in Ukraine. "The 'wolf ticket' is forever," Danilov wrote.
4. Russia or another formation that will claim succession will ensure "unconditional and full extradition of all persons suspected of treason and other criminal offences, both Ukrainians and Russians, involved in war crimes committed on the territory of Ukraine and Crimea in particular.
5. The crimes of Russian propagandists who contributed to the occupation, militarized children's education and incited hatred against Ukraine of Ukrainians, Crimean Tatars and other nationalities will be investigated by Ukrainian and, if necessary, international law enforcement agencies. They will be legally deprived of their freedom, ranks, pensions and property by a court verdict.
6. Russian citizens who illegally came to reside on the Crimean peninsula after February 2014 must immediately leave the territory of Ukraine within a legal deadline.
7. Transactions carried out not under Ukrainian law after February 2014, including those involving immovable property, "are deemed null and void - a law that has been in force for nine years. Ownership of property remains with Ukrainian citizens. If it is appropriated or nationalised by the occupiers, the property is returned to the owners.
8. The transport crossing in the city of Kerch in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is being dismantled to ensure full freedom of navigation as part of the reparations programme.
9. A comprehensive "Detoxification" programme is being implemented to neutralize the effects of years of Russian propaganda on the public consciousness of part of the peninsula's population. In particular, using the experience of effective methods of denazification of Germany in the 1940s. Providing the widest possible access to information about the crimes of the Putin regime.
10. Creation of a documentary base of facts of Russian crimes against Ukrainian citizens who resisted occupation. Restoration of rights of Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar activists.
11. Immediate release of all Ukrainian citizens, Crimean Tatars, Ukrainians persecuted by the Russian Federation on politically motivated grounds since 2014 with compensation for the moral damage inflicted.
12. Given its place and role in the ideology of Rashism, the system of negative myth-making and rewriting of history, the so-called "city of Russian glory" (meaning Sevastopol - ed.) is renamed "Object No 6".
Danilov stressed that Ukraine has never forgotten its citizens who lived under occupation and stressed that Crimea is Ukraine and it will be returned under Kiev's jurisdiction.
