A resident of the town of Yani Kapu (formerly Krasnoperekopsk) in occupied Crimea has been fined 40,000 roubles (16,800 hryvnias) by a Russian court for "discrediting" the Russian army. This is reported by Suspilne Krim.
The woman Telegram-channels wrote the comment "Glory to the AFU".
The court, having comprehensively considered the materials of the case, came to the conclusion of guilt of the resident of Krasnoperekopsk in discrediting the armed forces of the Russian Federation, assigning a penalty of 40 000 rubles, - stated in the message.
The Crimean woman said during the court hearing that she "admits guilt".
According to Russian media, the woman was fined for the comment "Glory to the AFU" in the Telegram groups "Viking", "Viking chat" and "Krasnoperekopsk territory of Ukraine".
