British intelligence reports on Russia's problems with weapons

Russia's military-industrial complex is beginning to experience sanctions.
This is reported by British intelligence in its daily report.
The report says that Russia is unlikely to be able to fulfill some export orders for armored vehicles due to the exceptional dd for arming its forces in Ukraine and the growing influence of Western sanctions.
According to intelligence, Russia's military-industrial capability is now under significant pressure. The credibility of many of its weapons systems has been undermined by their association with the Russian troops' poor performance in the Ukraine war.
It is worth recalling that on the eve of the British department reported that Russia created a new army corps for the war in Ukraine, but it is unlikely to be able to recruit the required number of people.
