In Donetsk region, the "White Angel" police group evacuated 9-year-old Timofey, who was the only child in the village, from the village of Zarechnoye in the Limanskaya community.
This was reported by the National Police of Ukraine.
All other children were evacuated to safe regions. The boy lived with his grandmother in a house where no windows were left because of shelling. The child waited out the powerful arrivals in the room, because there is no basement in the house, - stated in the message.
The police convinced the 77-year-old woman to leave with her grandson at least in Liman, where they prepared a house for them.
Now the family is settling in at the new place. The juvenile prevention inspector organised conditions for the child's education and also took control of the family's domestic problems.
