A road accident occurred near the Russian city of Belgorod while a tank was being transported. The lorry overturned, the tank's turret was torn off, and Russian military personnel were killed. This was reported in social networks on 27 March.
In the evening, 16.03.2024, in the area of Belgorod there was a fatal accident involving servicemen of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation, - stated in the message.
Two servicemen of the Russian Federation performed the task of transporting a tank towards the settlement of Graivoron, to reinforce the units that are taking part in the battles with the "Russian Volunteer Corps".
The driver failed to control the KAMAZ and the truck overturned.
The cab of the truck was crushed, two soldiers were crushed to death under the weight of the KAMAZ. The tank fell off the trawl onto the roadside, as a result of which the tank's turret was torn off.
