A soldier wounded at the front fights against the arbitrariness of the local authorities of Truskavets

In the city of Truskavets, Lviv region, local authorities began illegal construction of a house belonging to the wounded Major of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Taras Antonyk on the adjacent territory.
The fighter was wounded in the head and stomach in the Dnepropetrovsk region due to enemy shelling with hail rocket systems and is now being treated, writes Facenews.
Back on July 12, I was in the war zone. On July 12, neighbors and relatives told me that under the windows of my parental home, they decided to illegally build a five-story monster on a site once our local area, a public area. This made me very angry because I am here, and they are in the rear continuing their corruption schemes. The country is at war against a ferocious enemy. We now have entirely different problems. Military and civilians die daily: guys, girls, older people, small children... Now I cannot resist this arbitrariness. Stop! The places of our childhood in the central part of the city of Truskavets, which used to be so cozy, are turning into a soulless concrete jungle. People cannot fight it, - says Taras Antonik.
According to the serviceman, there are already five houses on the street. Bortnyansky and the house. No. 10 on the road. Bilas in the city of Truskavets does not have the possibility of access to them by fire equipment. Zoning, developed by local authorities in 2017, does not comply with the General Plan of Truskavets.
In the master plan, the land plot of the villa "Yagusya" is indicated as our adjacent territory and public use area. Without any public hearings and agreements with the residents, this land was taken away from us, and now they want to build it up illegally—our houses on the street of Bortnyansky and st. Shevchenko is wooden, the degree of fire resistance that does not allow building nearby. According to the DBN, the fire gap should be 10-15 meters, but the actual distance between the new construction and the house on the street. Bortnyansky, 1 is about three meters. The distance to other places is also less than 10-15 meters. Moreover, the building of the villa "Yagusya" is, according to the Development Restrictions Scheme approved by the TMR, an architectural monument and belongs to the historical area of Truskavets, which requires special approval from the residents and the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine. Even according to the documents issued by the local authorities, it is impossible to build there! Come to your senses! I call on the community of the city of Truskavets to unite against the construction arbitrariness of local authorities and stop this together. It's still not too late…, summed up the wounded soldier.
