The daughter of Zhanna Milashchenko Oksana told the Ukrainian edition "0629" the whole story of their family. It turns out that he and his mother failed to evacuate immediately to the territory controlled by Ukraine from Mariupol.

I tried to take my mother out in transit through the Russian Federation, then through the EU to Ukraine, - explains Oksana Milashchenko.

But the women were detained at the border with Russia and forcibly sent to a camp in Taganrog. All documents were taken away from the elderly woman. The daughter did not give the papers so that she could leave the Russian Federation's territory.

When the daughter realized the Russians would never let her mother go with her, she decided to take her to her relatives in Crimea. And she was able to return to Kyiv.

Everything is fine with my mother now, except that she is not with us, - says Oksana Milashchenko.
