This was reported by the Telegram channel Pravda Gerashchenko with reference to the mayor of Mariupol Vadim Boychenko.

Already now the air temperature reaches 20 degrees. Soon, powerful and deadly epidemics may break out in the city due to the lack of centralized water supply and sewerage, the decomposition of thousands of corpses, and a catastrophic shortage of drinking water and food.

The invaders are not able to provide the existing population with food, water and medicines. Or just not interested in it. They block all evacuation attempts. Without it, people will die. After all, now in the ruined Mariupol, medieval conditions of life. An immediate and complete evacuation is needed,” he said.
