Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has once again addressed the international community, saying that Russia's aggression should be met with harsh consequences and voicing specific conditions for its cessation.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that the aggressor, Russia, should be made to bear full responsibility for its actions on Ukrainian territory. According to him, three factors can stop the Kremlin: the bravery of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, effective sanctions and international pressure. The country's leader wrote in Telegram.

Russia should feel the consequences of what it is doing. Sufficient opposition will force it to move towards peace. This is possible with a powerful army, long-range, strong sanctions and international pressure," Zelensky emphasised.

He noted that Russian attacks continue on a daily basis: this week alone, the occupiers used more than 1,500 kamikaze drones, about 1,280 guided aerial bombs and about 50 missiles of various types. Over 132,000 foreign components from Europe, the United States, China, Japan and other countries have been found in enemy weapons.

These technologies allow Russia to create weapons of terror against our people. If we don't stop the aggressor, it will become a threat to all of Europe and the Pacific Rim. Strong sanctions will help to change this," Zelensky said.

The President stressed that international partners are able to block the ways to circumvent sanctions and put pressure on the states and companies that facilitate arms supplies to Russia. He expressed hope for the "painful" 19th package of EU sanctions and the US joining the European position.

We will remind, on the night of 20 September, the Russian occupiers attacked the Dnepropetrovsk region with dozens of drones and ballistic missiles. Pavlograd and Dnipro were subjected to massive strikes, there are dead and dozens of wounded.
