Zelensky said when F-16s will be in Ukraine

On the margins of the Global Peace Summit in Switzerland on Sunday, 16 June, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with Danish Prime Minister Matte Frederiksen.
The F-16 fighter jets transferred to the Ukrainian Defence Forces by the Danish government will enter service in the nearest future. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this.
He pointed out that he had held a meeting with Danish Prime Minister Matte Frederiksen on the margins of the Global Peace Summit in Switzerland and they had discussed the terms of arms deliveries.
I am grateful to Matte Frederiksen for her participation in the Peace Summit and Denmark's active assistance in engaging the countries of the Global South in the realisation of the peace formula. During the meeting we had the opportunity to discuss the progress of preparations for the transfer of Danish F-16 aircraft, which will arrive in Ukraine in the near future, - wrote Zelensky.
He noted that the parties separately talked about the approval of the negotiating framework and the start of negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the EU as early as in June.
Back in May 2023, US President Joe Biden approved the training of Ukrainian pilots on US F-16 fighter jets.
In November, the Romanian city of Fetesti inaugurated a centre for training pilots on F-16 fighter jets, where Ukrainian pilots were to be trained, among others. The instructors at this base may include not only representatives of Romania, the Netherlands and the USA, but also military pilots from other NATO member states.
We would like to add that Denmark will not prohibit Ukraine from using the promised F-16 fighter jets to strike military targets on Russian territory.
