Zelensky reacted to the events in Israel

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has condemned the attack on Israel by Hamas militants. He supported Israel's right to defend itself. About this he wrote in Telegram.

Horrible messages from Israel. My condolences to all whose family and friends were killed by the terrorist attack. We believe that order will be restored and the terrorists will be destroyed," Zelensky said.

Zelensky noted that terror is always a crime not just against one country or its specific victims, but against humanity and the whole world.

He emphasised that the world must be united and in solidarity so that terror never and nowhere tries to conquer or break life.

All the circumstances of this terrorist attack must be clarified so that the world knows and brings to justice everyone who encouraged the attack and helped organise it," Zelensky said.

Zelensky urged Ukrainians in Israel to follow the instructions of local authorities, not to ignore security rules and to contact the Ukrainian embassy if necessary.

Note, according to official data, the number of dead in the attack on Israel exceeded 40 people, 740 were injured.
