Wagner's statement about withdrawal from Bakhmut could be an imitation of enemy weakness - Chernik
The statement about Wagner's withdrawal from Bakhmut could be a military ploy.
Colonel Pyotr Chernik, a military analyst, said this.
In his opinion, the statement about the withdrawal of the PIK Wagner from Bakhmut is an imitation of the enemy's weakness. As such a strategy is a common phenomenon in the conduct of hostilities.
There may be a subtle satanic detail here, that they are allegedly retreating, we are tempted by some counter-offensive actions, but in fact no one is going anywhere," said Pyotr Chernik.
The analyst expressed mistrust in all the statements made by the Russians and urged to be cautious about their words.
I do not believe the Russians as such, one should be very careful with everything they say. Is the fight between Shoigu (Russian Defence Minister) and Prigozhin escalating? Definitely yes. But as far as the Russian-Ukrainian war is concerned, they are absolutely all the same," he added.
We shall remind you that Bakhmut, along with Maryinka and Avdeevka, remain the most difficult areas where the occupants are trying to advance. Earlier, the Defence Ministry reported that the Russian Federation wanted to occupy Bakhmut before 9 May. To this end, they are pulling in Wagnerians from other directions to the city.
