Ukraine and Russia are preparing the next prisoner exchanges, which will take place in the near future. A representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry, Andriy Yusov, said this in an interview with Novini.LIVE.
According to Yusov, Ukraine is making maximum efforts to release its defenders.
"New exchanges are being planned and prepared," he stressed, adding that the implementation of the agreements reached in Istanbul continues, including on the conditionally "third Istanbul".
He pointed out that scheduled exchanges were taking place in parallel. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Ukraine has already conducted 68 operations for the release of prisoners.
And not just planned, but prepared. The following events will definitely take place in the near future," Yusov concluded, confirming active work on the release of Ukrainian military personnel.
