What will change for Ukraine due to the resignation of Boris Johnson

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who announced his resignation today, is a great friend of Ukraine. And his departure from his post, of course, worries many Ukrainians.

Will Britain still support our country in the fight against the enemy? What could change for Ukraine due to Johnson's resignation? Bohdan Tsyupin, a Ukrainian journalist in London, answered these questions in an interview with NV radio:

Boris Johnson is a great friend of Ukraine, but not only him. Great Britain is Ukraine's friend, and the British people are helping. Therefore, it is very important to emphasize that the support of our country is not only the support of one person. Or even one party. For example, Johnson's opponent, Health Minister Sajid Javid, when he announced his resignation and called for leaving the post of prime minister, on the lapel of his jacket, in addition to the British flag badge, was also Ukrainian. This is an important symbol. Many houses in the UK fly British and Ukrainian flags. There is also hope for the British political system, which is that there is political leadership, government and officials represented by deputies of the government party, and at the lower levels of government there are so-called civil servants, who, as a rule, do not change depending on which party comes to power.
