Explosions in Kursk region. Part of the region without power

Eleven arrivals were recorded in Kursk.
Roman Starovoit, the governor of Kursk Region, wrote about it during the night:
Right now the AFU are shelling the Suzhansky district. In total about 11 incoming attacks have been recorded. There is a hit on a power supply facility.
Due to this Suzhansky and Korenevsky districts were partially de-energized. According to the governor, there is no information about casualties.
The official blamed the shelling on the Ukrainian Armed Forces, while Ukraine has not yet commented on the situation.
