In the Rivne region, rockets flew at a critical infrastructure facility in Rivne. The mayor of the city Alexander Tretyak noted that no one was previously injured. All services are on site and are now working on restoring electricity.

The Russians also fired rockets at the energy facility in Khmelnitsky. The city was left without electricity, and residents were urged to stock up on water.

In the Kirovograd region, Russians hit power facilities in two districts of the region. There have already been power outages.

Also, the enemy hit the Odessa region. In some settlements there is no electricity. Utilities began to eliminate the consequences of the strikes.

Ukrzaliznytsia reported that due to an enemy attack on the energy infrastructure, some sections of the railway track remain de-energized. At the same time, trains follow under reserve diesel locomotives.

At the moment, with a delay of half an hour, the following flights follow:

  • No. 81 Kyiv - Uzhgorod;
  • No. 1 Kharkiv - Ivano-Frankivsk;
