Volunteers from more than 50 countries fight in the International GUR Legion

The GUR Legion is made up of volunteers from more than 50 countries around the world. The Legion of Guards is made up of volunteers from more than 50 countries around the world, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Denmark and other countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America.

On the anniversary of its establishment on 7 March, the International Legion of the GUR calls for volunteers to join its ranks. This was reported by the Defence Ministry's Main Directorate of Intelligence.

Today, 7 March is the anniversary of the establishment of the International Legion of the GUR of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, - the message says.

The Legion united volunteers from more than 50 countries of the world, which after a full-scale invasion came to the aid of the Ukrainians and stood up to fight the troops of the Russian Federation.

It is noted that experienced fighters, veterans of special operations forces and other military units from the USA, Great Britain, Australia, Denmark, other countries of Europe, Asia, Africa, South America serve in the ranks of the GUR unit.

It is reported that the soldiers of the Legion participated in all hot spots of the confrontation with the Russian Federation, in particular in the defence of Kiev, battles in Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhya and Donetsk Region.
