In Ukraine, the rules for exporting children abroad will be simplified

The deputies voted to simplify the procedure for the export of little Ukrainians abroad.

RBC-Ukraine writes about this.

The Verkhovna Rada has simplified the rules for the departure of minor Ukrainians from the state. Now permission from one of the parents can be obtained online.

From now on, it will be possible to provide consent for the temporary departure of a child under the age of 16 abroad in electronic form. This information will be entered into the State Register of Civil Status Acts through the Diya portal.

Also, permission to the registry can still be made by a notary on the basis of the consent of the second parent. The validity of the respective consent is three years.
