The corresponding video was published by a local Telegram channel.

The footage shows a man in military uniform offering a small child to pull the pin himself.

Eyewitnesses tried to dissuade the man from doing so, but he detonated the grenade anyway.

The grenade turned out to be a noise grenade, but the loud explosion frightened children and passers-by.
