A child was killed in a missile strike on Kharkiv

This was reported by Oleg Sinegubov, chairman of Kharkiv Regional State Administration.

One of the missiles hit the roadway, windows were broken in the neighbouring houses. The second missile hit a 3-storey residential building, there was a fire. Under the rubble found a child of 10 years old, unfortunately, the boy died, - stated in the message.

The Ukrainian Interior Ministry has reported that as a result of another targeted attack by Russians on civilians, 16 people were injured, 2 people were rescued by the State Emergency Situations Service.

Two apartment buildings were damaged and a three-storey residential building was destroyed," the statement said.

In consequence of the impact there was a fire with an area of 50 square metres. Rescuers liquidated the fire.

Sinegubov said that 23 people were injured, including an 11-month-old child. Work on removing the rubble continues.

Over the past 24 hours, the enemy has repeatedly shelled Kharkiv Region's settlements. Residential houses and outbuildings were damaged, fires broke out.

As a result of a strike of UAVs of the type "Shahed" on the village of Peski Radkivske. Peski Radkivske village, Izium district, a warehouse building and equipment of a civilian enterprise were damaged.
