Bodies of two people murdered by Russians found in Mykolaiv region


The bodies of two people were found in the de-occupied town of Snigirevka, as well as the remains of other victims of Russian aggression.
This is reported by the Prosecutor-General's Office.
Prosecutors together with investigators and criminologists of the regional emergency department during another inspection of the area in the town of Snigirevka, Bashtanka district, found the bodies of a 63-year-old woman and a 42-year-old man, as well as the remains of unidentified bodies," the report said.
According to law enforcers, the people died during the temporary occupation of the town by units of the Russian Armed Forces.
It is noted that the bodies were sent for examination to the Mykolaiv regional bureau for forensic medical examination.
Measures are being taken to establish the circumstances, witnesses and eyewitnesses of the crime," the UCP added.
Also, criminal proceedings have been launched for violating the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (part 2 of Article 438 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code).
