In the Kursk region RF drone hit the FSB building
In the town of Kurchatov, Kursk Region, a fire started in a "non-residential premises" after a drone attack
This was announced by Kursk Region Governor Roman Starovoit.
As a result of the Ukrainian drone attack, a fire of a non-residential building in the town of Kurchatov was recorded," the statement said.
The Governor also noted that the fire was allegedly liquidated. There are no casualties, and law enforcement agencies are working on the site.
Meanwhile, Babel's source in the Main Intelligence Directorate specified that the drone hit the FSB building.
It should be noted that Kurchatov is the town where the Kursk NPP is located.
Later, around 2 a.m. on 4 September, residents of Kurchatov again reported the sounds of explosions. According to eyewitnesses, 3 to 5 explosions were heard in the sky.
Soon the Russian Ministry of Defence made a statement. It said that two UAVs were allegedly shot down over the Kursk region and near the Crimean peninsula around 1:00 a.m. on 4 September.
