In the Russian city of Kursk on the night of 27 August, SBU military counterintelligence attacked an airfield with cardboard drones.

This was reported by journalist Yury Butusov on Thursday, 31 August.

He said that 16 kamikaze drones targeted four SU-30 and one MIG-29 aircraft based at the airfield in Kursk. The radars of the S-300 complex and two Pantsir were also hit.

The attack was carried out by cardboard drones that managed to fly through an echeloned system with long-range detection radars and were not detected," Butusov said.

The video shows tests of these drones, which pose a serious threat to Russian aircraft.
