Body of Russian pilot found in Kiev reservoir

The body of a Russian pilot was found in the Kiev reservoir, presumably killed at the start of a full-scale war.

This was reported by the Interior Ministry's press service.

Today, 9 May, the body of a Russian pilot was found in Vyshgorod, Kiev Region.

Law enforcers established that the victim was a Russian serviceman, as evidenced by his uniform and badge chevron. The landmark of the Mi-24 helicopter pilot was also found," the report said.

The discovery was commented on by the head of the Kiev region police, Andriy Nebitov, in his Telegram.

The commander of the downed Russian helicopter was found today on the bank of the Kiev reservoir in Vyshgorod. Pilot Roma surfaced, probably to celebrate May 9. He didn't want to sit at home. "The holiday is sacred!". A good example for all Russians. Better to sit at home than become accomplices to war crimes," added Nebitov.
