Two Ukrainians who helped the Russian Federation were detained in the Kharkiv region


The security service and the prosecutor's office caught two saboteurs.
Since March 2022, a man and a woman have been collecting information on the location of military equipment, personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations in the Kharkiv and Lugansk regions.
According to the prosecutor's office, both were taken into custody and will be tried for treason.
On March 23, 2022, two of these persons were detained. In the near future, they will be charged with suspicion and a measure of restraint in the form of detention will be chosen," the press service of the prosecutor's office said.
The penalty for such a crime is 15 years in prison or life imprisonment.

Earlier in Kyiv, in the Goloseevsky district of the capital, at one of the checkpoints, saboteurs were detained who were carrying out the tasks of Russian curators. They were handed over to the SBU.
