“The Russians from long-range weapons fired at the Novaya Poshta point, near which Kharkiv residents received humanitarian aid. The number of victims is being established,” wrote Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv OVA.

According to preliminary data, six people died; another 15 were injured and were hospitalized.
