The house of pro-Russian activists was searched in Germany

In Germany, prosecutors searched the home of two pro-Kremlin activists on suspicion of violating a law regulating the production and transfer of military weapons.
The search was conducted on suspicion of violating the Military Weapons Control Act. This is reported by Reuters.
Pro-Russian activists Max Schlund and Elena Kolbasnikova have organised numerous rallies to protest against Germany's support for Ukraine since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion.
In January, Schlund and Kolbasnikova reportedly donated funds raised from supporters in Germany to a division of the Russian army fighting in Ukraine, and the money was used to buy walkie-talkies, headphones and phones.
Ulf Willun, a spokesman for the Cologne prosecutor's office, confirmed that the search was carried out in connection with suspected violations of the law on military arms control, but denied that it was linked to their aid to the Russian army.
Willun declined to comment further on the investigation.
